In a thrilling week of football, the Maidstone Wednesday 6-a-side Football League saw some spectacular performances for its Week 6 games. The Premier League and Division 1 matches were brimming with excitement, featuring spectacular goals and stunning saves.
Premier League
In the Premier League division, Bottle Job FC were outplayed by Brenchley Faithful, resulting in a 3-1 victory for Brenchley. They See Me Brolin and LadsOnToure shared points in a thrilling 3-3 draw. Shed VI put up a grand show against Lobs United, scoring an impressive seven goals to Lobs United's two. The match between Moleicster City and Bonnies Blues ended with the spoils shared, with both teams scoring four goals apiece.
The Premier League's top scorer for this week was the remarkable Olly Hodges. Hodges played a vital role in Bonnies Blues' draw, contributing four goals to his team's effort.
Division 1
Over in Division 1, 863 FC claimed victory over Big Diesels with a final score of 4-2. Youths Fc and Get The Badge In ended their game evenly matched at 3-3. Take Oath FC and Unemployed FC had a high scoring match, ending with five goals for each side. In a closely fought match, Romasexuals sneaked past Slippery Balls United, winning 4-3.
Division 1's top scorer was Oliver Hewett from 863 FC, scoring two goals in their victory against Big Diesels.
