In an exhilarating night of football, week 5 of the Maidstone Wednesday league witnessed some extraordinary performances, especially in the Premier League and Division 1.

Premier League
In the Premier League, the match between Romasexuals and 2 Pints And Paqueta was a nail-biter, with the latter team clinching victory by one goal. The final score was 3-2. However, the most thrilling match of the evening was between McFred and They See Me Brolin, which ended in a 2-2 draw. LadsOnToure outperformed Brenchley Faithful with a 3-0 win, with Josh from LadsOnToure emerging as the top scorer of the Premier League division with an impressive tally of three goals.

Division 1
Divison 1 witnessed its share of action as well. Out on Bale were taken down by Big Diesels in a decisive 5-1 victory. The match between Oakwood Ultras and Real Sosobad ended with the latter proving their mettle in an 8-1 thrashing. In It For The Cardio faced off against Slippery Balls United in a high scoring encounter which ended 6-3 in favour of Slippery Balls United.

However, the closest match of the night came from Get The Badge In and Bonnies Blues, where Get The Badge In managed to scrape a victory with a 2-1 scoreline. The top scorer in Division 1 was Tommy from Big Diesels who managed to find the net thrice.

As the season progresses, the competition is heating up, we can't wait to see what unfolds in the next week of the Maidstone Wednesday league.
