MILTON KEYNES - The Milton Keynes Thursday football league kicked into high gear last night with the commencement of the season. The Premier League division was ablaze with spirited competition and athletic prowess displayed by the participating teams.

VWFS FC faced a challenging game against Afobe Reader, ultimately faltering in a 4-1 loss. Afobe Reader set the tone for the season with a dominant performance. Used To Be Athletic and Troops FC, on the other hand, ended their match in a goalless draw, featuring a tense game of evenly matched play and shared points.

De Jong Boys, meanwhile, seized a resounding victory over The Coachmakers FC, making their mark with a 6-1 triumph. This victory establishes De Jong Boys as a formidable contender in the Premier League division. RB Dons and Giovane E Ben Dotato's match was a nail-biter, with Giovane E Ben Dotato clinching a narrow 2-1 win.

Olympic Leon and Exeter Gently gave spectators an exhilarating game, with Leon emerging victorious in a 3-2 battle. Finally, wrapping up the night's games was Murray’s Ex triumphing over Multiple Scorgasms in an impressive 4-1 victory.
