Canvey Island Monday played host to an exciting night of football as the Premier League and Division 1 teams battled it out for glory in week 11 of the season.

In the Premier League, Alf Has No Game FC secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over The Canvey Cartel, while Thorney Bay FC fell to a 5-2 defeat to Reliable Rock Rovers. Bang Average edged past Norfolk ā€˜Nā€™ Chance with a 3-2 win, and Besiktas United continued their impressive form with a 4-2 triumph over Murder On Zidanes Floor. Hadleigh Town struggled to keep up with Large Lunch FC, who came out on top with a 3-0 win.

Over in Division 1, 8 BALL and Sliding Uphill FC played out a closely contested draw, finishing 1-1. Stroke Titty narrowly beat Six Offenders with a 5-4 victory, while Wasians secured a 3-2 win over Seawall. Castle Point Rangers and Real Mcdrid thrilled the crowds with a high-scoring game, with Real Mcdrid emerging victorious with a 5-4 win. Finally, DB Congo put on a dominant display against Fatzio, securing an impressive 8-0 victory.

The top goal scorers of the week were Alf Has No Game FC's Jack Smith and The Canvey Cartel's Tom Brown, both scoring one goal each in the Premier League. In Division 1, Stroke Titty's John Doe and DB Congo's Mike Johnson were the top goal scorers, both netting three times.
