ROUND 13 - MATCH NIGHT REPORT

Plenty of goals in an action packed evening over Waterside tonight! 

We started the evening with Monico v Dogs of War. Some good football played from both sides but Monico turned on their style in the 2nd half and took an 8-1 victory. The Dogs struggled to keep up with play towards the end without a sub. 

Also at 8 we had Tiki Taka v Range Rovers. Tiki definitely took advantage of the top two facing head to head as they demolished Rovers with an 8-0 score line. A tough night for the Rovers but they’ll be looking to bounce back next week. 

Then at 8:40 we had Moldova v DBA. Moldova have been in fine form recently and continued to do so by winning 8-1 and scoring some great goals in the process. A tough start for the new boys but they’ll move on to next week in search of their first 2 points. 

Then the big one. The top two went head to head with both on the same points heading into the night. Neil FC v Charlie’s Angels. The game was started very tight and with a lot of pressure as expected. But once Neil FC took the lead, there was no looking back. A dominant performance resorted in a 7-1 victory and puts Neil clear by 2 points in the table. The victory also meant Tiki Taka jumped up to 2nd on goal difference. The two now face each other in 2 weeks time.
