In an exciting conclusion to the Brighton And Hove Thursday 5-a-side Football League, the final fixtures for the Premier League and Division 1 played out last night, bringing with them a flurry of goals, close calls, and competitive spirit.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the much anticipated Premier League division, Yaws U18s clinched a thrilling victory over Immigrante FC with a score of 12-10. The Undateables and Chauffeur The Ball also matched up in a high-octane game, with the latter team taking the win 15-8. Yet, the surprise of the night belonged to Mo Leicester City, who outplayed Ctrl Alt Defeat 11-5, wrapping up their season with a total of 17 points and 8 wins. This phenomenal performance led to Mo Leicester City being crowned as the Premier League champions.
The Premier League's top scorer was Immigrante FC’s stalwart Arthur Taylor, who netted an impressive total of 4 goals, showcasing sheer brilliance on the field.
DIVISION ONE
Meanwhile, in Division 1, the games were equally competitive. The Dadley Boyz outsmarted Pin Universe 10-4 and Goals Aloud narrowly edged past BORJA SAINZ 9-8. The highest scoring game of the division saw Als Pals FC triumph over FC Beercelona, 13-7. Despite their loss in the final game, BORJA SAINZ secured the top spot in Division 1 with a total of 13 points and 6 wins.
