GILLINGHAM 6 A SIDE MONDAY LEAGUE NEWS 25TH AUGUST 2020

All the latest news for the Gillingham 6 a side Monday league direct from the Woodlands Community Sports Centre.

The new season kicked off with some close matches and all teams in attendance as expected playing some great football.

Before we get into the action we would like to wish John form Higham Premier 6 a speedy recovery after his knee injury last night.

His team were 3-1 up when the injury happened with only a few minutes left to play.

Romasexuals, Medway Magics and The Jedis all picked up wins in the first week of the new season while Twydal Boys and Class on grass played out a very competitive 1-1 draw.

As a reminder to all teams the Monday league is off next week due to the Bank Holiday Monday but we will be back as normal the following week on 7th September as we look forward to the action in the Gillingham Monday 6 a side league.
