GILLINGHAM MONDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE SEES HIGH SCORING IN SEVENTH WEEK

The seventh week of the Gillingham Monday 6-a-side Football League concluded yesterday, bringing with it several thrilling matches and high-scoring victories in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, Medway Magics demonstrated their prowess with a solid 2-0 shutout against CATS ON TOUR. In another match, SJWMF showed dominance on the field, trouncing Palmerston VI 5-1. The game between HIGHAM PREMIER 6 and SPORTING A BIERGUT was a tight contest, but BIERGUT managed to secure the win with a 3-1 victory. However, the biggest surprise came from Old School who dominated Liz Trussard with a crushing 13-3 win, proving to be the top scorers for this division in the week's fixtures.

Moving over to Division 1, Stella Kings were the stars of the day, thrashing Sheffield Thursday 11-4. Medway Minors managed to edge out Madeleine Milan 3-1, while Rainham Raptors outplayed MBFC in a 4-2 win. The match between CLASS ON GRASS and UpTheVolley ended in a 2-2 stalemate, keeping the competition wide open in this division. Stella Kings emerged as the top scorers for Division 1, displaying their attacking might.
