Monday 15th November - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good start to the new season in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night and some entertaining matches on display!

FC Big Wangs were big winners in the Premier Division in the opening match of the season, they thrashed Packet Inn by a 6-0 scoreline in a match where they were dominant throughout.

Borussia Munchonflapjack and Guilty Sigurdsson played out what was undoubtedly game of the night in Division One, Borussia were 10-5 winners in a thrilling game which was end to end from start to finish!

Pukki 22 top the Division Two table for what is worth so far, however a 9-1 win gives them a boost on Goal Difference from the off as they sit on +8 already!

In Division Two, the old stagers Disunited were in the mood for goals in a game where defending was definitely not the order of the day!  They and Expected Toulouse played out a thrilling match which ended 8-5 to Disunited!

We also welcomed a new team to the league this week.  Unathletico Madrid secured a 2-1 win over Bayern Munchies on their league debut and will be looking to build on this as they get used to the league!
