Monday 22nd January - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good end to the season in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with some well competed matches played across all four divisions.


In the Premier League, JCI FC reigned supreme with a season total of 24 points and 11 wins, leaving their competitors in the dust. Their match against the Hussars FC was particularly impressive, with Vapors showcasing their skills and defeating Hussars 5 to 1. In another notable match, Worthing Rovers displayed their prowess by gaining a decisive 8 to 3 victory against She Was Only XI.


In Division 1, Panda FC secured the top spot with 25 points and a whopping 12 wins. Their high-scoring match against Cream Of The South, with an 8 to 4 win, was a highlight of their triumphant season.


In Division 2, Worthing Wanderers emerged victorious with 21 points and 10 wins. Despite Asda United's best efforts, they fell to the Wanderers 8 to 4, a key match that solidified the Wanderers' top position.


In Division 3, Expected Toulouse dominated their league with 25 points and 11 wins. Their 7 to 3 triumph over AFC PMD was a testament to their skill and determination, securing their place as the champions of their division.
