Monday 24th October - Worthing Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring three cancellations owing to half term shortages.  I'm Mashed and Craigy's At The Wheel return to action on Monday 31st October.  Ian Moore's Boys have now withdrawn after fulfilling their 2 week notice.

The above creates ONE VACANCY in this league!  Sign up today and get playing immediately with Worthing's premier providers of small sided football!  There is a one off Entry Fee of £25 payable online upon signup, once a completed application form is received we will call you with further information on a fixture time.

If you have any questions before joining the league you can contact Shaun at Head Office on 0333 123 2340.

After defeat last week, Dad Bods bounced back with a 3-2 win over Only Fools and Scorers to move up to second spot and leapfrog their opponents in the table.  Hussars moved into third place after they shared a point apiece with Vapors in a 1-1 draw, whilst Sevilla Autism claimed their first points of the campaign and did so in style with a 7-0 thrashing of their opponents MK's Dons.

LR Vets are crushing it in Division One as they claimed their third double figure win on the bounce, thrashing Athletico Pathetico 11-3, giving them an incredible 35 goal return in three matches!  Packet Inn also kept up their perfect start with a 3-1 win over Arseanal, whilst Pen15 Club bounced back from defeat to win by the same scoreline against LA Dairy Milk.

League leaders Murder on Zidane's Floor dropped a point for the first time this season as they shared the spoils with Swaztekka in a thrilling 3-3 draw, whilst Cream of the South were 7-1 winners over Lads on Toure in a well drilled performance, moving them to second in the table.  3 For 100 dropped to third place as they suffered a 3-1 reverse against Pukki 22B who are now level on points with the team above them, whilst Bowen Balcony looked clinical in front of goal with a 7-0 thrashing of Mullet and Sons.

Division Three is now led by FC Boca Seniors who were rampant 7-1 winners over Disunited to claim their third win in a row, moving them above Craigy's.  Bayern Munchies recovered from defeat last week to propel themselves to third place with a 3-1 win over Unathletico Madrid, whilst Neville Wears Prada won an entertaining game over You Petr Cech Yourself by 4 goals to 3 to claim their second win in three.

We wish all teams good luck going into game week 4 with Worthing's premier providers of small sided football!
