Monday 29th November - Worthing Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night, barring a late cancellation from Jen Dog FC who return to action on Monday 6th December.

Sevilla Autism recorded their third straight win of the campaign this week, as they inflicted a second defeat in three on reigning champions MK's Dons, 3-2 the final score in an entertaining encounter.  New team The Dad Bods played last season's third placed team FC Big Wangs in their debut game, and played out a thrilling 5-5 draw as they look to get used to the league.  Vapors got their season up and running with a first win, finishing comprehensive 6-2 winners over Packet Inn who are pointless at this early stage of the campaign.  Hussars and Hakuna Juan Mata couldn't be separated as they played out a goalless draw.

Borussia Munchonflapjack's 100% start to the Division One campaign continued into a third week, as they thrashed Petr Cech  Yourself by a 9-1 scoreline, whilst Guilty Sigurdsson moved into third place with a 4-1 win over Partey Time who remain bottom of the pile.  All The Gear No Idea put their first points of the season on the board as they came out convincing 6-2 winners over Bodli FC.

Wet Ass Pukki went top of Division Two as outright leaders this week, as they won their third game in a row by a convincing 5-0 scoreline against Goring By Suiii, whilst Pukki 22 dropped to second as they were held to a 2-2 draw by LA Dairy Milk.  Murder on Zidane's Floor moved up to third spot in the table as they came out on top in a seven goal thriller against Arseanal, 4-3 the full time score, whilst Havana Club's first victory of the season came in style, as they were 8-3 winners in the game against Suzanne's Toy Boys.

Division Three looks tight at the top so far, as three teams sit on four points.  Not So Athletic lead the way with a +10 goal difference, they were 6-5 winners against second placed Unathletico Madrid in a thrilling encounter, whilst Cream of the South dropped to third position following their 5-2 defeat at the hands of Bowen Balcony FC.  Borden's Angels put their first win of the season on the board as they narrowly beat Disunited by a single goal to complete the action.

We wish all teams good luck heading into week 6's fixtures with Worthing's premier providers of small sided football!
