Monday 3rd November - Worthing Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football overall in the Worthing Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled barring two, LA Dairy Milk who got the wrong game time, and Hussars FC, both of which have confirmed they will return as normal on Monday 10th November.


In the Premier League, Fair Weather FC set the pitch ablaze with a remarkable 17-5 win over Aura United, proving their mettle as top contenders. The closely contested match between COB FC and Sons Of Pitches finished with a narrow 5-4 victory for Sons Of Pitches. Fatzio proved too strong for Panda FC, securing a 5-2 win.


There was no shortage of action in Division 1, where the high-flying Mundial Melts steamrolled BOWEN VAPORS with a 9-5 victory. PUKKI 22 B. delivered a clean sheet against Madeleine Milan, finishing the game 5-0.


Over in Division 2, Asda United left no room for uncertainty with a staggering 11-0 win over MTB FC. The match between Angmering Allstars and Atletico 4-skin ended in a 5-2 win for Atletico 4-skin.


Finally, in Division 3, DISUNITED triumphed over Big MacAllister & Fries with an 8-3 victory. The match between All The Gear No Idea and Colonel Getafe ended in a thrilling 4-4 draw. Tekkerslovakia managed to edge out Backroom Benders 6-4 in a tightly contested match.
