Leisure Leagues Worthing Monday 6-a-side League Delivers Thrilling Matches on June 5th

The penultimate game of the current season at Worthing Leisure Centre showcased some exhilarating football action on the superb 3G surface. The teams took to the field with determination, battling it out for the remaining points before the season's end. The matches in the Premier, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three divisions witnessed intense competition, surprises, and some exceptional performances.

Premier Division:

In the Premier Division, the evening kicked off with a clash between PANDH FC and HUSSARS FC. HUSSARS FC proved their mettle, delivering an outstanding performance and leaving no doubt about their superiority on the field. Despite PANDH FC's valiant efforts, they were unable to match the relentless pace of their opponents. The final scoreline of 1-6 reflected HUSSARS FC's dominance, solidifying their claim on second place in the league standings.

Next up was an intriguing encounter between two already relegated teams, THE SEAVIEW SLUTS and VAPORS. Despite their position in the league, both teams exhibited a fighting spirit and served up a thrilling spectacle for the spectators. The match was filled with end-to-end action, with goals raining from both sides. Ultimately, it was THE SEAVIEW SLUTS who emerged victorious, securing a memorable 7-3 victory over VAPORS.

MK'S DONS faced off against WORTHING ROVERS in a highly anticipated match. WORTHING ROVERS, the league leaders, were eyeing another victory to seal the title. However, MK'S DONS had different plans. In a stunning turn of events, MK'S DONS showcased their skill and resilience, inflicting a 5-3 defeat on WORTHING ROVERS. Although the league title remains within their grasp, WORTHING ROVERS will need a miracle in the final week to ensure their coronation.

In the last Premier Division match of the evening, THE DAD BODS clashed with PACKET INN. PACKET INN displayed an attacking prowess that was too much for their opponents to handle. With clinical finishing and a cohesive team performance, PACKET INN cruised to an impressive 7-1 victory, leaving THE DAD BODS in their wake.


Division One:

BREXIT BALL FC and ARSEANAL faced off in an enticing encounter in Division One. Both teams demonstrated their determination to finish the season on a high note. ARSEANAL's efficient play allowed them to overpower their opponents, securing a 3-1 victory over BREXIT BALL FC.

In the other Division One match, JCI FC showcased their attacking prowess against CHIEFS KEEFERS. JCI FC unleashed a relentless offensive onslaught, scoring an impressive ten goals to claim a resounding 10-0 win.


Division Two:

Division Two saw some closely contested matches. TARRING FC and FC BOCA SENIORS engaged in an intense battle that went down to the wire. TARRING FC's resilience and ability to find the back of the net when it mattered most led them to a hard-fought 4-3 victory over FC BOCA SENIORS.

MAD LADS AFC, the league debutants, faced a steep learning curve against SWAZTEKKA. Despite their spirited performance, MAD LADS AFC struggled to keep their opponents at bay. SWAZTEKKA's attacking prowess was on full display, as they recorded an impressive 19-6 victory.

CREAM OF THE SOUTH and INTER ROW Z locked horns in a tightly contested match. Both teams fought tooth and nail, resulting in a 1-1 draw. The evenly matched encounter showcased the talent and determination of both sides.

NEVILLE WEARS PRADA showcased their prowess in a thrilling encounter against GOLDEN ARCH IT FC. In a high-scoring affair, NEVILLE WEARS PRADA's attacking brilliance propelled them to a convincing 7-3 victory over GOLDEN ARCH IT FC.


Division Three:

Division Three witnessed some intriguing clashes that added more excitement to the evening. HAVANA CLUB faced off against BAYERNMUNCHIES in a crucial match. The result of this encounter would have significant implications on the league table. BAYERNMUNCHIES delivered a sensational performance, overpowering HAVANA CLUB with their attacking prowess. The final scoreline of 7-2 in favor of BAYERNMUNCHIES allowed them to leapfrog their opponents into second place on goal difference, with one game remaining.

3 FOR 100? claimed the top spot in Division Three with a resounding 6-2 victory over LADS ON TOURE. This crucial win puts them in prime position as the campaign nears its end.

DISUNITED and WE ARE GOING TOULOUSE engaged in a hard-fought battle, displaying their determination to secure a victory. In the end, WE ARE GOING TOULOUSE's cohesive team play and clinical finishing allowed them to prevail with a 4-2 victory over DISUNITED.
