Monday 6th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Leisure Centre Monday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some well competed matches played throughout the night.

MK's Dons went top of the pile this week as their fourth win on the spin came in the form of a 6-1 thrashing of Dad Bods, whilst champions Worthing Rovers lost ground as they were beaten for the first time, losing 5-4 to PandH FC in a thriller.  Hussars remain in fourth place after a well earned 5-2 win over The Seaview Sluts, whilst Packet Inn got their first win of the season, beating Vapors 5-1 to move up to sixth.

In Division One leaders LA Dairy Milk got a 5-0 this week so stay top of the table.  They remain closely followed by JCI FC and Pukki 22 B who have three wins from four, JCI running out 9-1 winners against Arseanal and Pukki overcoming Bowen Balcony 5-4 in an end to end game.  Toms Toys completed the divisions action as they showed no mercy on Wellington Dukes who they thrashed by 15 goals without reply!

The top two in Division Two remains the same, they met this week and nothing could separate them as Cream of the South and Boca Seniors shared a 2-2 draw.  Swaztekka remain handily placed and move within a point of the top two as they were rampant 7-2 winners over Tarring FC who drop into the bottom two.  Neville Wears Prada were another team in clinical form as they scored 12 without reply against bottom team Leave it FC, whilst Golden Arch It ran out 3-1 winners in their matchup against Inter Row Z.

The top two in Division Three keep up their perfect start to the campaign, leaders Bayernmunchies swept past Disunited 6-2, with the second placed team Havana Club winning a ten goal thriller against Petr Cech Yourself 6-4.  Craigy's At The Wheel remain in third following a well earned 5-3 win against 3 For 100?  Whilst completing the action for the week was We Are Going Toulouse and Lads On Toure who shared a 3-3 draw.
