WORTHING MONDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE: WEEK 12 ROUND-UP
The 12th week of the Worthing Monday Football League provided a thrilling spectacle of football, with high-scoring matches, last-minute victories, and a few surprising upsets. With only two weeks left of the season, teams in the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 went head-to-head to secure their place for the next season.
In the Premier League division, PUKKI 22 B. displayed an exceptional performance beating Belly United with a scoreline of 6-2. Panda FC managed to pull off an impressive 6-2 win against Madeleine Milan. Rabie Rabbits also took the victory against 6 Guys In A Bed with a score of 6-3.
Division 1 saw an intense matchup between Fringping Pong and Cream Of The South ending 6-5 in favor of Fringping Pong. Mangiano FC outscored Worthing Wolverines 8-5, while DJs Disciples and Ayew Mad shared points after a 1-1 draw. Bussin defeated The 6ix Guys FC with a 4-1 win.
In Division 2, DISUNITED edged past Diddys Disciples FC with a 2-1 win. One Hand FC recorded the biggest win of the night, thrashing Pints Before Points FC 13-0. Colonel Getafe fell to Morgan Sniffs White with a score line of 1-5.
Division 3 saw Romasexuals edge past Backroom Benders 3-2. Leave My Arselona secured a 2-1 win against Asda United. Cant Fit My Willian dominated the game against Guildbourne Gobblers with a 5-1 victory. Murda On Zidance Floor outplayed Club Collins with a 7-2 win.
Despite the intense competition, top scorers have begun to emerge from each division. Their performance could be the deciding factor in the final rankings.
