Sunday 13th July - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled throughout the night across all three divisions, barring one cancellation, who return as normal next week.

In the Premier League, Sompting Dragons silenced Girthquake FC with a commanding 2-0 victory. In a nail-biting encounter, Foreigners FC narrowly edged out Unnamed Kebab FC in a 2-1 showdown. Meanwhile, SDL FC showcased their attacking prowess to trounce Dynamo Chicken Kiev 3-0, demonstrating their undeniable potential in the league.

Moving on to Division 1, the tense duel between Benjamin Tesko and Bilbao Baggins ended in a 3-2 victory for the former. Coman Her Face outran Hgc Army 5-2, while an intense match between 30 Second Finishers and 6 Offenders saw the latter clinch a 6-5 victory. The highest scoring match of the division saw Chubby Alonsos fall to Bang Average FC 11-6.

Lastly, in Division 2, The Tutt Experience. showed no mercy to Secure The Coin FC with a magnificent 7-0 win. PURPLE WANDERERS held off CTRL ALT DE LIGT 6-4, while The Cheeky Blinders secured a 3-1 victory against Mandem FC. BNT RETURN overcame West Hammered with a narrow 3-2 win.
