Sunday 19th April - Worthing Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week.


In the Premier League action, Dynamo Chicken Kiev took on Unnamed Kebab FC in a high-goal encounter, ultimately running out 8-6 winners. The Rowdy Apples stood tall against West Hammered, securing a 4-2 victory. Sompting Dragons displayed an impressive performance, beating Hakuna Juan Mata 4-2. SDL FC edged out Girthquake in a narrow 4-3 victory, and Purple Wanderers claimed a 5-3 win against Savas De Vaal.


Switching gears to Division 1, The Cheeky Blinders scored three goals against Benjamin Tesko's single, winning the match 3-1. The Tutt Experience convincingly defeated Socks Down Studs Up, 5-1. Bilbao Baggins and Mandem FC both had a fantastic night, securing victories against Arse N All and VM FC respectively. Inter Ya Nan stood out with a 6-1 victory against Cuck Fc, making them the highest scoring team in Division 1 this week.


Notable top scorers included Dynamo Chicken Kiev and Inter Ya Nan in their respective divisions, demonstrating superb attacking prowess. Their exceptional performances have undoubtedly set a high bar for the upcoming week 12.


With such action-packed performances, week 11 has certainly raised the stakes for the rest of the season.
