Sunday 20th June - Worthing Round-Up

It was an excellent return to action following the one week break for the England Euro 2020 game as the Worthing Sunday league came back this week, with all teams in attendance for their scheduled games and some excellent football on display across both divisions once again.

High Salvington Gentlemen maintained their place at the top of the Premier Division after overcoming Classic XI 7-3 in an entertaining encounter.

Bag Raiders made it 8 wins from 9 as they are going great guns at the top of Division One.  A 3-1 win over Lahmageddon who were second before kick off sees Raiders now move 5 points clear at the summit.
