Sunday 27th August - Worthing Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, we did have a few teams unavailable owing to the Bank Holiday Weekend, but look forward to seeing all back in attendance as we get back to normality going into September.

In the Premier League division, TTM FC and Sompting Dragons battled it out in a captivating encounter, which ended in a 2-2 draw. Both teams displayed exceptional teamwork and determination to secure points for their respective sides.

Meanwhile, Division 1 saw Foreigners FC emerge victorious with a commanding 6-2 win against BadABing Boys. Foreigners FC's relentless attacking strategy overwhelmed their opponents, with clinical finishing the order of the day. Hakuna Juan Mata also made their mark with an impressive 3-0 win against Farcelona FC, showcasing their clinical finishing and solid defense. Khedira Pin Drop secured a 5-2 victory against UnNamed FC, further establishing their dominance in the division.

Division 2 witnessed some closely contested matches as well. Coman Her Face and Bosses Not Tosses battled to a thrilling 3-3 draw, with both teams displaying their attacking prowess throughout the match. Only Fools And Scorers proved their mettle with a convincing 6-1 triumph over The Cheeky Blinders, showcasing their goal-scoring ability and strong defensive line.

As the league progresses, teams from all divisions are vying for the top spot and working tirelessly to secure vital points. The league organizers are thrilled by the level of competition and the dedication shown by the participating teams.
