Sunday 29th June - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being a cancellation on the day from Classic XI and also BNT Return who cancelled with 7 days notice due to holiday.  We welcome both teams back for the next round of fixtures.

In the Premier League, Dynamo Chicken Kiev pulled off a stunning victory against Sompting Dragons with a close 6-5 win. The match was an exhilarating back-and-forth with Dynamo Chicken Kiev ultimately taking the spoils. Foreigners FC also impressed with a decisive 5-1 win over SDL FC while Hakuna Juan Mata secured a 6-4 win against Girthquake FC.

In Division 1, 30 Second Finishers chalked up an impressive 3-1 win against Benjamin Tesko, while Chubby Alonsos continued their dominance with a 5-1 thrashing of Bilbao Baggins. Moreover, Bang Average Fc managed to scrape a 3-2 victory against Hgc Army while Coman Her Face claimed the win against 6 Offenders with a 5-3 scoreline.

In Division 2, West Hammered lived up to their name, hammering NOARC with a 4-0 win. The Cheeky Blinders caught everyone's attention with an overwhelming 7-0 victory against The Tutt Experience. Purple Wanderers and Mandem FC had a close encounter, with the former edging out a 3-2 win.
