Sunday 29th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a fantastic evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, and some excellent games played.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LEAGUE IS CANCELLED FOR ONE WEEK ON SUNDAY 5TH APRIL DUE TO EASTER SUNDAY.  WE RETURN AS PER FIXTURES ONLINE FROM SUNDAY 12TH APRIL AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE BACK FOR THESE MATCHES.  WE HOPE EVERYONE HAS A CRACKING EASTER.

In the Premier League, the standout match of the week saw Dynamo Chicken Kiev clinching a nail-biting victory against SDL FC with a score of 7-5. In another heated face-off, Savas De Vaal narrowly emerged victorious against Sompting Dragons with a scoreline of 3-2.

Purple Wanderers ran rampant over The Rowdy Apples, notching an impressive 6-1 victory. In the spicy contest between All Doner No Wrap and Unnamed Kebab FC, the latter squeezed out a victory by a slim margin of 4-3. The biggest upset of the week, however, was West Hammered's 10-3 demolition of Hakuna Juan Mata.

In Division 1, Mandem FC showcased their skills with a convincing 6-2 triumph against Benjamin Tesko. Jacks Barbers FC proved too strong for Arse N All, running away with an 11-3 victory.
