Sunday 2nd November - Worthing Round-Up

A good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being Secure The Coin who unfortunately failed to attend, nor contact us, we will speak to them accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 9th November.

In the Premier League division, SDL FC showed their dominance with a high-scoring match against 6 Offenders, with a final score of 7-4. PURPLE WANDERERS continued their winning streak, scraping past Dynamo Chicken Kiev with a tight 3-2 win. In another turn of events, Sompting Dragons snatched victory from Hakuna Juan Mata in a head-turning 4-3 match. Girthquake FC also came out on top against Unnamed Kebab FC, ending the match with a 5-3 victory. Finally, Benjamin Tesko managed to outscore Chubby Alonsos, winning the match 3-2.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Real Social Dads emerged victorious in an astounding 8-0 defeat against Bilbao Baggins. Mandem FC also had a great night against The Tutt Experience, securing a solid 6-1 win. However, the highlight of the week was West Hammered's crushing 11-0 win over Slightly Athletic, a performance that left spectators and competitors in awe.

This week's top scorers were SDL FC from the Premier League division, who secured a high of 7 goals in their match. Meanwhile, in Division 1, West Hammered stole the show with an impressive 11 goals.

Week 7 of the Worthing Sunday Football season was surely one for the books, as teams put their best foot forward and thrilled spectators with their performances. As the league moves into week 8, fans eagerly anticipate more action and high-quality football from these talented teams.
