Sunday 30th July - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw the season come to an end this week, ready for the new campaign to kick off on Sunday 6th August.

In the Premier League division, The Rebels and Farcelona Fc clashed in a high-scoring affair, with Farcelona Fc emerging as the victors with a 6-3 win. Meanwhile, TTM FC secured a 4-2 victory over Mc Bigwangs Fc, cementing their second-place finish in the division.

In Division 1, Sompting Dragons and Khedira Pin Drop locked horns in a closely fought battle that ended in a 2-2 draw. On the other hand, Jong HSG showcased their dominance with a resounding 7-1 win against The Tutt Experience, claiming the top spot in the division.

The Division 2 matches saw BadABing Boys triumphing over Hakuna Juan Mata with a commanding 4-1 scoreline. Coman Her Face displayed their attacking prowess, overpowering The Cheeky Blinders with a comprehensive 10-1 victory. Lastly, Only Fools And Scorers secured a 2-0 win over Chicken Tikka Mo Salah.

As the final whistle blew, the league champions were crowned in each division. Team: Fatzio claimed the Premier League title with an impressive 25 points and 12 wins. Jong HSG emerged as the victors in Division 1, accumulating 21 points and 8 wins throughout the season. Lastly, BadABing Boys celebrated their triumph in Division 2 with 23 points and 11 wins.
