Sunday 30th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a couple of cancellations owing to Mother's Day, but all return as normal next week.

The Premier League saw Dynamo Chicken Kiev hold firm against the SDL FC, ending in a 0-0 stalemate. In a surprising turn of events, the Sompting Dragons roared to a 7-0 victory against Otters FC, marking an impressive winning streak for the Dragons. In a closely contested match, Foreigners FC beat Benjamin Tesko 4-3, showcasing their tactical prowess. Hakuna Juan Mata maintained their dominant position in the league, with a stunning 9-1 victory against Chubby Alonsos.

In Division 1, 30 Second Finishers stood victorious with a 5-2 win over The Tutt Experience. Unnamed Kebab FC and Mary Slurps were evenly matched, ending the game in a 3-3 draw. Meanwhile, CLASSIC XI successfully outmaneuvered Goon Squad with a final score of 5-3.

Division 2 was no less exciting, with Coman Her Face securing a 5-2 victory against Only Fools And Scorers. PURPLE WANDERERS made their presence felt with a 7-1 triumph over NOARC.
