Sunday 3rd August - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week.

In the Premier League, Girthquake FC produced an impressive performance to defeat RJF FC 8-4. Meanwhile, Dynamo Chicken Kiev proved too strong for Unnamed Kebab FC, securing a 7-1 victory. Sompting Dragons narrowly overcame Foreigners FC with a 2-1 win, while SDL FC held off Hakuna Juan Mata, winning 5-3.

Over in Division 1, Bang Average FC showed their class by trouncing Bilbao Baggins 9-1. In a high-scoring encounter, Chubby Alonsos outscored the 6 Offenders in a 7-4 victory, highlighting their attacking prowess.

Division 2 saw arguably the most one-sided match of the day, with PURPLE WANDERERS steamrolling Secure The Coin FC with a resounding 13-2 victory. The Cheeky Blinders were unable to resist BNT RETURN, losing 4-0. The Tutt Experience prevailed in a tightly contested match against West Hammered with a 5-3 victory. Lastly, Mandem FC put up a commanding performance against CTRL ALT DE LIGT, winning 11-1.

As we move into week 14, the competition looks more intense than ever. Fans and players alike will be eagerly looking forward to the next round of fixtures.
