Worthing Sunday 6 a side league update 13th August

The Worthing Sunday Football League continued to us all with an action-packed second week of fixtures. From stunning victories to hard-fought draws, the matches showcased the immense skills and competitive spirit of the teams involved.

We did have an issue with the floodlights at the end of the evening this week which affected the last matches. These games will now be double pointed when the teams meet laster in the season. Obviously we would like to apologise to those affected by this issue and we have been reassured by the centre that this will not happen again.

In the Premier League division, RealLeeSheet dominated the field with an impressive 9-0 win against Fatzio. Their clinical performance saw them take control of the game from the very beginning, leaving their opponents struggling to find any foothold.

Jong HSG also displayed their dominance with a commanding 5-0 victory over THE BOBBY CARLOS EXPERIENCE. Jong HSG's relentless attack kept their opponents on the backfoot throughout the match. Meanwhile, TTM FC and DFC played out an intense 5-5 draw, showcasing their offensive prowess.

In Division 1, SHE WAS ONLY XI emerged victorious with a resounding 4-0 win against UnNamed FC. Their determined performance and clinical finishing ensured they secured all three points.

Foreigners FC and Khedira Pin Drop played out a thrilling 1-1 draw, where both teams displayed their attacking flair and defensive resilience. Farcelona Fc suffered a 4-2 defeat against Mambo No5 Turned 6, who demonstrated their ability to convert chances into goals.

In Division 2, The Tutt Experience delivered an astonishing 11-0 victory against The Cheeky Blinders. Their stunning performance saw them dominate every aspect of the game, leaving their opponents stunned. Maradona Kebab and Hairline FC battled to a 2-2 draw, while Only Fools And Scorers secured a 2-0 win over Coman Her Face.
