The new season of the Worthing Sunday Football League has just begun, and it started with a bang, featuring several high scoring matches in both the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, Sompting Dragons set the tone with a 4-0 victory over Girthquake. Socks Down Studs Up, however, claimed the spotlight with an incredible 9-1 win against Hakuna Juan Mata, asserting their dominance right off the bat. SDL FC proved they're a force to be reckoned with, netting 10 goals against Inter Ya Nan who could only respond with a single goal. Savas De Vaal finished the night strong, claiming a 4-2 victory over Bov Trait.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, VM FC and Arse N All demonstrated a perfectly balanced match with Arse N All edging out a narrow 7-6 victory. Unnamed Kebab FC made a strong statement by blanking Benjamin Tesko 7-0. In other matches, The Tutt Experience and Bilbao Baggins ended in a 1-1 draw, while The Cheeky Blinders and 60 Second Finishers battled to an exciting 4-4 draw. The night ended with Fatletico Madrid beating Young Boys FC 4-1.

The top scorers for the Premier League were SDL FC and Socks Down Studs Up, with each team scoring 10 and 9 goals respectively. In Division 1, Unnamed Kebab FC tops the list with 7 goals.
