Sunday 3rd October - Worthing Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Worthing Sunday 6 a side league this week.  We were however disappointed to see non-attendances from Breast Rummidge Albion and Only Matip In, both of which will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Sunday 10th October.

In the Premier Division, High Salvington Gentlemen ran out 3-0 winners to remain top of the table at a canter, as they recorded their eighth win in nine games this week to remain six points clear at the summit.  Second place The Tutt Experience were 4-1 winners over OLOTR as they look to keep the pressure on, but it is proving difficult for them to make up any ground at this stage whilst High Salvington look in such good form.

Weymouth Wanderers remain at the top of Division One as they ran out 7-3 winners over fourth placed Class on Grass in an entertaining encounter.  Real Le Sheet remain a point off the pace in an exciting race for the title.

In Division Two, Unnamed FC stay top of the pile by three points, they ground out their second consecutive 1-0 win this week, over So Sompting Crew.  Enter a Team Name Here stay in second place with a 2-1 win over Sompting Dragons.
