Tuesday 17th May - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and plenty of goals scored across the games.

Leaders Paris Ain't German continued their relentless title charge as they won their eighth game on the spin, beating bottom of the table AFC Omelette by a 4-0 scoreline.  

New team The Firm had a tough first game as they met former champions and this seasons second placed team Midnight Dynamos in their opening game.  They suffered a hefty 16-2 defeat but will be looking to improve moving forward after only going into the league as a replacement for Exeter Gently at 4pm on the day.

Third placed Bussy Bandits were 9-3 winners over AE FC in an entertaining game as they do their best to stay in the title race, whilst Dog & Duck FC completed the action by convincingly beating Neto and Chill by a 6-1 margin to remain in fourth.
