Tuesday 29th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good start to the new season in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some entertaining games played!

New boys AFC Omelette had a tough start to the league as they met one of the more experienced teams in their debut game.  Paris Ain't German were in no mood to be generous as they wanted to get their goal difference boosted for the rest of the season, as they put 15 without reply past the new boys who will be looking to get used to the league as quickly as possible.

Optimum Landscapes will be looking to go one better than second this term, and they started off with a 5-4 win over Dog & Duck in an entertaining game, whilst champions Midnight Dynamos also got off to a winning start, beating Exeter Gently 3-2, as The Bussy Bandits also won their opening game by the same score line against AE FC to cap off an entertaining night's football!
