Tuesday 3rd May - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, although rarely we did see two team cancellations.  Exeter Gently have confirmed their return to action on Tuesday 10th May as normal, but Optimum Landscapes have withdrawn from the league due to a lack of players.

We are pleased to welcome new team Neto and Chill to the league as a replacement for the above and we wish these the best of luck going into their debut game against Exeter Gently on Tuesday 10th May!

In the two league games which took place on the night there was plenty of entertainment as The Bussy Bandits moved up to third place and leapfrogged Dog & Duck in the table after they ran out 6-4 winners in a thrilling end to end game.

AE FC also got an excellent result and moved up to fifth place as this was their second win on the spin, they were 6-1 victors over AFC Omelette.
