Tuesday 7th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some well competed matches played throughout the night.

We welcomed another new team to the league this week, as Dentalbuild FC joined us, they played out a close game on their first week, losing out 5-3 to Sebl FC in a start that will give them encouragement moving forwards!  

Another new team Real Sosobad played their second game this week and look a very useful addition as they romped to an 11-4 victory over a normally solid AEFC, this their second win in a row since joining.

The title race has just opened back up, as DFC were given a shock this week by rivals Paris Ain't German who ran out 2-1 winners to put themselves back within a point of the summit.  The action was completed by Dog & Duck FC who are slowly edging back into form and the title race as they cruised past GB Electronics 4-1.
