Tuesday 8th August - Worthing Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, as all 8 teams attended their matches as scheduled and some scintillating football was on didsplay!

The Premier League division kicked off with a dominant display from LA Underdogs, who secured a resounding 6-1 victory over AE FC. The Underdogs' attacking prowess was on full display as they found the net on multiple occasions. proving clinical at the key moments.

In another captivating match, Paris Ain't German outplayed The Cesc Pistols, emerging victorious with a commanding 4-1 scoreline. Paris Ain't German demonstrated exceptional teamwork and precision in their offensive play, bringing them right back into the title race!

Kick Ball FC showcased their attacking flair in a thrilling encounter against Level 2 Kittens, triumphing with an impressive 6-2 win. The goals kept flowing for Kick Ball FC, although Level 2 Kittens were better than the final score may suggest.

The clash between OPTIMUM FC and Dog & Duck FC proved to be one of the closest encounters of the night. In a tightly contested match, Dog & Duck FC emerged as the victors, edging out their opponents with a narrow 3-2 win. Both teams displayed determination and skill, but Dog & Duck's win means the campaign will go down to the final week to decide who takes the title, as Optimum meet Paris in a winner takes all contest.
