Tuesday 8th March - Worthing Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Worthing Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night for their fixtures, and some entertaining matches played!

The top two met in a crunch encounter to effectively decide where the title was going to go.  Midnight Dynamos now look nailed on to win it as they edged past Optimum Landscapes by a 2-1 score line, they are now three points clear with just four to play for!  

Paris Ain't German clinched a third place finish as they were 8-1 victors over FTG FC, whilst The Bussy Bandits got a second win on the spin as they look to be improving ahead of the new season, they won a five goal game by 3-2 against Dog & Duck FC.

Game of the night may not have had much riding on it, but it was an absolute thriller, as Exeter Gently won a pulsating tie against AE FC by an incredible 10-6 scoreline, the referee almost running out of paper keeping score of that one!
