Kidderminster - It was an electrifying night of football at the Kidderminster Wednesday 5-a-side League, as we entered week 12 of the season. The Premier League division was alight with competition, showcasing some thrilling matches and individual brilliance.
In a closely fought match, Diddy’s Disciples managed to edge past The Vincibles with a 10 - 9 victory. The match was a nail-biter, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats until the final whistle. The Vincibles, despite the narrow defeat, demonstrated great resilience, with Matt Brookes earning the honour of the most valued player of the week.
Elsewhere in the Premier League, Rasmusrailing continued their fine form, clinching a decisive 6 - 3 victory against Chippy FC. Callum Leggett was the standout performer for Rasmusrailing, firing home four goals and topping the division's goal-scoring chart, and picking up the game MVP
There are just two weeks left in the season, as tension mounts and teams jostle for a prime finish. With the league's competitiveness reaching fever pitch, securing a place for next season has become a top priority.
