A great second week of action!
In the first fixture of the evening, WIT6 took on Woowaweewa Wonderers in a closely contested game.
WIT6 seemed to have missed the memo and turned up with enough players to give the Stamford XI a game!
Woowa's Joe had an absolute worldy headed effort which was destined for the top bins, but it was sublimely turned around the post by the 'WIT6 Cat' in nets!
A real gentleman's battle headed to a very tight, yet competitive, entertaining draw which was broken by a well taken opportunist goal from WIT6.
Final score finished Woowaweewa 0 - 1 WIT6.
In the second fixture of the evening, Luka is Goated entertained Fruity Pebbles.
In the absence of Mat C, (chose his girlfriend over his team mates), Tom took full advantage to shine, bagging a couple of decent goals with Casey netting the other with great link up play to ensure Luka took the points on the evening.
Final score finished Fruity Pebbles 0 - 3 Luka is Goated.
