Game Week 3

The first game of the evening saw the 2 new teams go head to head, Wit6 vs Fruity Pebbles. The game started slow with some good defending from Wit 6 keeping FP's out, but Shay for FP eagerly struck the opener to open the game up. Wit6 persevered with their formation, but some tired legs saw  the Wit6 player get caught out of position, this created space for FP to play. FP took advantage of a tiring Wit6, scoring another 4 goals in quick succession. Shay scored another 2 and a weaving run and tidy finish from the attacking centre half Keith, finished FP off.

The second game was between the 2 Leisure League Veteran teams, Luka Is Goated and Woowaweewa. Another tight opening to the game but LIG's movement and energy wore down Woowa's dogged defence. Once again Matt struck a tidy hattrick and Jacob also got on the score sheet.
