Another competitive night of football saw four good teams battling it out again at the Borderville sports centre in Stamford.

The first game was a fairly one-sided event as Luka is Goated bounced back from last weeks defeat with a 5-1 victory over Woowaweewa Wonderers. Woowaweewa, battled wholeheartedly again but Luka was back to top form tonight. Luka definitely benefitted from having their keeper (Kian) back from injury, as he made some important saves at key parts of the match.    

The final match was the shock of the evening. Cali Mashers comfortably dispatched last season's champions (6ers) in a 6-3 thriller.  6ers didn't seem to find their flow this week and Cali Mashers definitely took advantage of that. Cali's CF Sam was on fire, bagging himself a quality hat trick.
