STAMFORD SUNDAY 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS 5TH SEPTEMBER 2021

All the latest news for the Stamford Sunday 6 a side league direct from the Zeeco Stadium here in Stamford.

It was a good night in the league with the teams in attendance playing some great football and scoring plenty of goals.

Unfortunately we had a team not in attendance as Bungalow could not attend their game due to lack of players. They have unfortunately been charged double now for next week due to not giving us a notice. 

However, in the league programme, Gopping Lizards oozed their class as they defeated new boys Xavi Dodgers 10-0 in a highly impressive performance which kept them in second place.Pwift continued at the top with another 4-1 win against Elsea Park Allstars. 

In the title clash between The Red Hoops of Bourne and Deez Nuts, James Tilley's side defeated SShane Mason's as they ran out 3-0 winners.
