Another competitive night of football saw four good teams battling it out again at the Borderville sports centre in Stamford.

The first game was a fiery tight contest between Luka is Goated and Cali Mashers.  Luka made a strange tactical change by moving their top scorer to play at the back, which their opposition to soar to a 1 - 3 lead.  Luka finally moved Mat Couzens up top where he scored a rocket, but in the end they just couldn't find the equaliser.  Final score Luka is Goated 2 - Cali Mashers 3.

In the final match, the Gentleman Derby, a pleasantly contested game unfolded.  Initially the 6ers looked to be cruising to a comfortable victory at 3 - 0 but Woowaweewa were defiant and refused to go down easily, grabbing a quick brace to bring the score almost level.  Youth, class and depth in numbers were just too much for Woowaweewa to contain and the newly rebranded 6ers ran out 2 - 5 victors.
