Sunday 20th March - Stamford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stamford Sunday 6 a side league this week once again, which saw all 8 teams in attendance for their matches and some competitive football played across the evening!

Leaders Hansi Flick My Balls were convincing winners again this week, although they did concede a goal for only the second game of the season!  They were 4-1 winners over Raki Raiders in a competitive game.  It is not impossible for second placed Gopping Lizards to take the title, but they would need to win their final three games, and hope Hansi drop at least three points due to their goal difference.  Gopping stuck to the task though and were 2-1 winners over Xavi Dodgers this week as they do their best to keep pace.

Third placed Sex Drugs and Carlton Cole dug in deep this week and came away with the points, they were 1-0 winners against Luka Is Goated, whilst Champagne Super Rovers leapfrogged this weeks opponents Stuart Survivors whom they beat convincingly by 5 goals to 1.
