Sunday 30th January - Stamford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stamford Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played across the division.

Gopping Lizards stay top of the table following their impressive 6-1 win over Xavi Dodgers, whilst Hansi Flick's 5-0 win moved them into second spot, closely followed by Sex Drugs and Carlton Cole who drew 1-1 with Luka Is Goated in a closely contested game.  Finally Elsea Park Allstars were convincing 7-0 winners over Not Very Athletic.

We are delighted to welcome new team Raki Raiders to the league this weekend, we wish these good luck going into their first fixture on Sunday 6th February.
