Sunday 5th June - Stamford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stamford Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and all matches closely competed throughout.

Champagne Super Rovers won the battle of the top two this week as they edged past Hansi Flick by 2 goals to 1 to go two points clear as the two were neck and neck before kick off.

We are delighted to welcome new team Fill Her Wycombe to the league this week which fills the vacancy!  We wish these good luck going into their debut game against Gopping Lizards on Sunday 12th June!
