Sunday 6th February - Stamford League Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Stamford Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance for their matches including new side Raki Raiders who started with us and filled the vacancy!  They had a tough start against leaders Gopping Lizards but have something to build on after a 3-0 loss, in a game where the result doesn't necessarily tell the full story.

Hansi Flick My Balls remain level with the leaders and were impressive 4-0 winners over Luka Is Goated this week to keep the pressure on, whilst Sex Drugs and Carlton Cole's 9-0 mauling of Not Very Athletic keeps them in third place and a point off the top two.  Elsea Park Allstars rounded off the night's action with a 3-0 victory over Xavi Dodgers who remain in sixth place.
