It was a brilliant evening of action at Shrewsbury Leisure Leagues on Monday which saw all teams in attendance as scheduled. We thank all teams for their continued support and reliability as always.

In the Premier League division, it was a showdown of grit and skill. Hardly Athletic and Straw Hats shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw, while Gen Z took a convincing victory over WBS FC with a 4-2 scoreline. Goals Aloud fell short against KFC, losing 3-2. SouthSide Rednexs put on a stellar performance, overcoming Buzzards with a 3-1 victory. The biggest star of the division shone brightly, as Tyler of the SouthSide Rednexs netted 2 goals, securing his position as the top scorer in the division.

Division 1 also witnessed some thrilling fixtures. Halfway Wanderers endured a heavy defeat against CR7DALE, trailing at a resounding 8-2. Livin Saliba Loca came out on top against Grange R Us with a 4-1 victory. Tekkerslovakia dominated FC Shrewbacca with an impressive 7-1 win. Meanwhile, Wetherspoons Wanderers edged a narrow 1-0 victory over Ellesmere Rangers. The standout performer in this division was Ben, who managed an outstanding 5 goals for CR7DALE, earning him the top scorer title for Division 1 this week.
