In an adrenaline-fueled evening of football, the Aylesbury Thursday 5-a-side League entered its third week of competition. The Premier League and Division 1 games were marked by high scores, remarkable team efforts, and standout individual performances.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, Moosh FC claimed a well-earned victory over Grasselona, with the final score settling at 6-3. Despite a strong start from Inter Your Nan, Watermead FC turned the tide in their favor, winning the match with a convincing 9-4 scoreline. Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels struggled to contain Goal Diggers, who netted 10 goals to their 5. Gangsters Allardyce had an exceptional performance, triumphing over AFC Cumberland with a final score of 5-1.
Max Tomlinson of Gangsters Allardyce distinguished himself as the top scorer in the Premier League, displaying exceptional skill on the field with a total of 3 goals scored.
DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, there was no shortage of action. Intervale FC faced a narrow defeat against 5 Stack Of Big Macks, losing 4-3 in a closely contested match. Yes Guys (REAL) had a commanding win over AYLESBURY FC, with a clean sheet of 5-0. Pendu City battled fiercely against Broughton Boys but fell short, losing 12-8. Gueye Pride dominated the field against Press Start Now FC, scoring an impressive 9 goals to nil.
The spotlight in Division 1 fell on T J of Gueye Pride, who gave a star performance by scoring a total of 7 goals.
