Aylesbury Thursday 5 a side news | WEEK 4

Thursday evening was rife with excitement and intense competition as teams clashed on the field for Week 4 of the Aylesbury Thursday 5-a-side Football League. With high-stakes matches in both the Premier League and Division 1, football lovers were spoiled with riveting action from start to finish.

PREMIER LEAGUE
The Premier League saw thrilling games, most notably the high scoring match between Bowsers Barhmi Army and Gangsters Allardyce. The latter emerged as victors in a remarkably close match decided by a single goal, ending 11-10 in favor of Gangsters Allardyce. In the meantime, Cutlers FC took down Moosh FC 7-5, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels dominated over Nehanda FC with a convincing 8-1 scoreline. In another nail-biting finish, Prestige Worldwide and Non Bibs battled to a 4-4 draw.

A special mention must go to Joe Bunce of Gangsters Allardyce, who showed an impressive performance, becoming the top scorer in the Premier League division with a total of 8 goals.

DIVISION ONE
Over in Division 1, Goal Diggers triumphed over Jubs Jentlemen in an 11-6 goal fest. Inter Your Bin FC edged out Penguins 8-6, while W Fellas secured a 4-2 victory over Net Six And Chill.

The outstanding player in Division 1 was Gabriel Kudakwashe of Jubs Jentlemen, who lit up the field, scoring a total of 6 goals to earn the top scorer title for the week.
