In a thrilling week 7 of the Axminster Wednesday 6-a-side Football League, both the Premier League and Division 1 saw some intense matches and spectacular performances.

Premier League
In the Premier League, Perrys Disabled locked horns with Ansu Fatties in a gritty match. The Fatties were in top form, securing a decisive 5-2 victory over their opponents. Later in the evening, Uplyme & Sinker dominated the field against Vikings FC, effortlessly bagging an 8-0 win. This massive scoring game has set a high standard for the next rounds. The top scorer in the Premier League was 'Baz' from Uplyme & Sinker, who single-handedly netted 3 goals to guide his team to an impressive victory.

Division 1
Meanwhile, in Division 1, Diabetico Madrid faced off against 6 Recievers. Despite a spirited performance, Madrid was overtaken by the Recievers, who led the match to a 5-2 closing. Farmers Weekly went head-to-head with Anchors Away, ending the game with a hard-fought 4-2 win. Additionally, Queens Park Strangers and The Roy's ended their match in a 1-1 draw, highlighting the competitive nature of this division. Gavin Herrod from Farmers Weekly stood out as the top scorer in Division 1, also with a superb 3-goal performance.

The week 7 results have stirred up the league standings, raising the stakes for the upcoming matches.
