PENCOED, Wales - The Pencoed Monday 6-a-side football league advanced into its fourth week of the season last night, exhibiting thrilling matches across the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.
In the Premier League, Bridge United narrowly lost to Fill Her Wycombe with a score of 3-4 in a closely contested match. In another game that kept spectators on the edge of their seats, Brizz Boys and The Dattebayos fought it out in a high-scoring game that ended in a 5-5 draw.
Moving on to Division 1, Boca Seniors were defeated 0-4 by Matets in a match that showcased Matets' strong defensive skills. In another game, Stella Fellas managed to edge out Vale Originals with a 2-1 victory in a game that left spectators enthralled.
In Division 2, Uppa Rhondda Lads managed to keep the scoreline low but fell 0-1 to Real Sosobad. In the other game, Six Offenders FC decimated Taxi Inflation with a resounding 5-1 victory.
Division 3 saw some high-scoring matches, with Fricker Yanited and Mo Salad FC ending their game in a 2-2 draw. Splitting Gs dominated their match against Stella And Brexit FC with an 8-0 victory, demonstrating their offensive prowess. The Bush Inn also registered an impressive 7-1 win over That Football Team.
As for the top scorers, Fill Her Wycombe, Matets, Six Offenders FC, and Splitting Gs stood out in each of their divisions, reflecting a combination of skill, strategy, and teamwork that sets them apart in the Pencoed Monday 6-a-side football league.
